why dont i lose weight

ok i have a problem.i dont lose weight,i can eat as less as i can and do work at home the whole day but i dont even lose 100 gramms.what can the reason be?

well you better see a gynae...it cud be thyroid or hormonal issue.

actually you can just ask your gp to do a blood test for the thyroid and see if it is the source.... you don't need to go to any specialist for that.

the other side of it may be that in an effort to lose weight you may have stopped eating regular meals........this will cause your body to preserve whatever fat/calories it has and therefore you will not burn......your metabolism will slow down.

ok i had let my blod test done and the doctor said something about thyroid but icant remember and i even got some tablets.but what it is exactly that you dont lose weight?
and second i have left my regular meals like i first used to eat just an apple for breakfast and now cereals and in the afternoon i eat(normal) and in the evening sometimes i just skip it and drink milk and eat salad..
is there now any way to get back normal muzna or the others?please help its a serious problem because i have done everything but....even when i was in pakistan i just ate something in the afternoon and that was it.and i onlyy lost 1 kg in one month and there i had a lot of exersize.its not like that i didnt move.

You seem to have messed up your metabolism rate. Eating less does not mean you will lose weight. Eating right is the secret. Have the biggest meal earlier on in the day. Skipping breakfast is a sure way to slow down your metabolism. Your body will start storing what little you eat instead of converting it to energy. Have sensible meals, but do eat .... from the heaviest meal as your first meal and the lightest meal should be the last meal of the day.

Vitamin B is excellent for regulating metabolism.

Aerobic exercise also should be part of your program. Even walking is great.

Hi, you are struggling with the same problem which I was telling other guppies in some other thread. The problem is not - doing exersice, eating less...the problem is 'the lifestyle'...the key of the fat loss lies deep in "METABOLISM"...if you keep your metabolism is healthy and active...you can digest almost anything which wont allow fat to get stored...if your metabolism is slow and poor then everything which you'll eat, no matter how less it may be, wont be digest properly and ultimately will result that...fat.

Eat good, sleep on time, exersice well, adopt a healthy lifestyle, be disciplined. These are not just bookish words, they mean a lot. Let me know your height, weight and age along with your eating and sleeping habits. If you want to keep yourself confidential, you can PM me.

komal maybe you don't eat the right things? It is usually recommended to have a heavy breakfast to start off the day with. Dinner must be as light as possible. Try to have dinner at 7pm and not eat anything after that. Snacking on fruit is a healthier alternative to having chocolates and crisps.

thanks to veryone for replying.but one question,is it still possible to boost the metabolism?i have know decied and every started eating healthy in the breakfast,also for lunch but just alittle for dinner as WIPER has consulted me. how long will it take to bring the metabolism back to normal.

Your metabolism is normal, relax. It was just spoiled by you from bad lifestyle which seems to be improving now. Make the habbit of eating good, sleeping good, working out etc and you'll see your body changing accordingly and you should start seeing result after 1 month.

You should try some diets and try to find which diet works with your corp. It is not enough the diets also you most do some exercise. With diets and exercise its almost imposible dont loss weight.
