other than cricket and hockey? and some squash and/or tennis and badminton.
Why don't we break the monotony and have our kids become swimmers or iceskaters or race car drivers or basketball players?
What's with our mentality...or is it lack of resources back home. But what about here in the US and other countries where there's no shortage of sport activities?
I would love it if my son wants to go in baseball or daughter in swimming.And hey we both love basketball and football.:D
Well on a serious note sometimes sports like ice skating or swimming cannot become professional to ladies especially because of dress issue.Call me conservative, throw stones at me or whatever ,either I say I love it if my daughter want to win school tournament but I wouldn't allow it.Its not that I am DESI but I have duty towards my religion and it doesn't allow so short dresses.Its fine with me if she is in soft ball,karate or whatever team which has some cover dress code but not ballerina, swimming, or ice skating.:)
