Why does Pakistan Have 2 Bowling Coaches?

I mean is it really necessary to have both Waqar Younis and Aaqib Javed?
When Aaqib was the sole bowling coach of the team prior to Waqar joining the bandwagon, the bowling had been much improved. Therefore how does it make any sense to have 2 bowling coaches? It is not like the bowling has had much discipline over the past 12 months.

Look at England, they pay Mushtaq Ahmed £80K per annum to coach just 2 spinners; Monty and Swann.

I think Pak should have invested in a proper fielding and batting coach - somebody other than Miandad.

Re: Why does Pakistan Have 2 Bowling Coaches?

because Pakistan has more balls? :konfused:

Re: Why does Pakistan Have 2 Bowling Coaches?

I am not sure if Aqib is slotted for ‘bowling’ coach position but he does have credentials to be a regular coach (not just bowling) while Waqar doesn’t. So on paper Waqar might be ‘coach’ and Aqib as ‘bowling’ coach they may be acting differently on the field while training.

:hehe:
