Why does my Hair Shed so much but Grows Really Fast???

Ugh I have literally had it.with my hair shedding. u can find my hair everywhere! Especially when I take a shower…i run my hands through my hair and there is always some hair…and yet it grows so fast! I get a haircut and literally 2 weeks later my hair is the same length as before.

If I have some vitamin deficiency or something or my hair is just weak then shouldn’t it also not grow so fast?

And btw im not balding or anything when my hair sheds.

Any suggestions?

I think that if you aren't balding or anything then its just the routine shedding of hair, you shed at least 100 hair stands everyday or something like that - so nothing to worry about.

i have the samee problem that my hair sheds and yet it grows so fast but let me give u the bad news that if this continues u will start to have bald patches

well there is time 4 u to prevent from having bald patches by observing like aloe vera woked on my hair for a while and that oiling my hair made them fall stuff like dat....

are u stressed out maybe? if not.. then it might be ur diet or the shampoo/conditioner u use

I don't think so....cause my sister has the same hair shedding problem! She has mashallah really thick hair as opposed to thin like mine...but we both shed like crazy!
