I noticed I mostly get headaches..well and a weird feeling jaise dil doob raha ho(it happens sach mei:bummer: )…and tummy asks for food(but dil nai kerta food ka) for like 15 min and then its not hungry anymore .

This could be mild dehydration....is it hot where you are? Drink lots and lots of water, see if this goes away...if not, a trip to see your doc wouldnt hurt!

Its v hot here. Around 45-48 degrees.
