hey at least we are aiming for more than just studying “home economics” I hope more girls go into the health field…most make better docs since they are more empathetic and don’t let their ego get in the way of treating their patients. I SAID MOST and no offence to those who studied home ec..so don’t ya’ll jump down my throat.
It is helpful to have more female docs/health care workers since many women worldwide don’t like to see docs who are men (don’t feel comfortable) so if they find a better connection with female docs, then they are more likely to seek better health care for themselves & family.
