I don't agree at all - I think this too is a generalization.
Man or woman, whoever is unwilling to take responsibility for their actions will blame others and will profess their innocence and claim that someone took advantage of their masoomiyat and nadaani.

The man is solely responsible for his own restraint, or lack of it.
It's not about
Because she did this, he ended up doing that or Because he did that, she ended up responding
It's about
She did this AND he did that = something immoral happened

Agree with what people said, it's both their faults but as to why women act like "it just happened" it's because that's their nature. Not in the sense that they're evil or unethical but it all comes down to sex. Women want to be "taken" and feel like it just happened. They want the man to be a man and believe that she was just powerless to stop it. To put it like one of my friends said it: "they want to act like $luts without feeling like $luts".
And before you slam me, that's the psyche! I'm saying this dynamic happens with couples in a relationship or marriage too. That's the reason the man is expected to make the first move, ask her out, initiate the kiss, sex etc. How many women here have asked a guy out?
Now, if this is in a conservative society there are serious repercussions to sex out of wedlock but that's another issue lol.

plus you might not know all the facts concerning this situation with this lady and her husband to make a correct assessment of whatever happened right? i'm not saying women or men are total angels.
