India’s reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ fourth season started on Sunday, 3rd October. Shiv Sena Chief Bal Thackeray and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) protested the show against the paticipation of two Pakistani artists including Veena Malik, Pakistani model and ex-girlfriend of cricketer Mohammed Asif and Begum Nawazish Ali, the TV host. The activists shouted outside the bungalow and beat up security guards.
‘Bigg Boss 4’aired on Colors channel in which 14 contestants from different fields lived in same place for three months. Bal Thackeray said “In India nowadays, we are destroying our self-respect. Under the guise of the show, Pakistan’s green poison is being spread in this country. Whoever loves this country, we shall ask for their support and not permit the show to continue, come what may,”
He says when Pakistan did not allow Indian artistes to participate there, then “Why do we need Pakistanis on our television shows?”
Bollywood actor Salman Khan is hosting the TV reality show and the third season hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. The other contestants are Shweta Tiwari, S.G.Abbas Kazmi senior criminal lawyer, .Seema parihar, former dacoit, Sameer Soni, actor Ashmit patel, Rahul Bhatt son of film maker mahesh butt, sara khan, model Hrishant goswami, Sakshi pradhan, Manoj Tiwari Bhojpuri, actor and singer.
