some times they say " we learn from mistake"
som times “man is mortal” etc etc
but why does this happen!!!
to day i have finished an other job which was supposed to be a very very easy job and it was in fact ( i made a web page for video store . upgrading ) when i looked at the job i thought i can do it in a day every thing was there . a day at the most .but took me there days . becuase i was doing the same mistake over and over again . i can expect that from myself .
i mean why ? why does this happen ??? for GOD sake .

We made mistakes cuz we are human, we are not perfect and we are suppose to make mistakes. Ok, now you probalbly be saying that you know that already, right?? Yes, but we sometimes we do have to remind ourselves the things we already know.
In your case you might be in a hurry and impatient too and was expecting more (or may be you were right about yourself) but this happened to teach you that this can happen.
Anyway, don't get frustated these things are normal and happen to everyone, everyday :).
Here is a scoop; next time when you are going to say that you can do some work in 1 or so many days, don't forget to say INSHALLAH(if GOD WANTS TO),this might help. May Allah wants u to do that work in three days....... Oh, nevermind, just be happy...
I think you kept making the mistake over and over again because u got too confident, even cocky about your ability to do the job. I find that's when I make the stupidiest mistakes :)
Aaaaaaah i dont know about you guys but i think i make mistakes because it human nature to make mistakes and i am a human yes i am sure that i am human!!!
