Oh no, Sir! ECC (ICC ka chota bacha) has 37 members. Their Cricket might be not on the same level like that of ICC memembers, but well It's called cricket too.
they will never improve if there players will not play against players of so called big teams
but big teams are involved in more and more series, no time for them
so we say , play only friendlies , promote more and more professional cricket , so that people from thoes nation can play with and against big stars and improve their game that will improve their national teams as well
just see in football, currently 42 people from africa are playing in EPL and result african football these days are compatible with Eurpion football
and their national team had improved alot due to professional football
same thing can happen in cricket as well
but we like to play series after series no time for professional cricket
even players learn how to bat properly in international cricket or some like afridi after 250 international match doesn't know how to play properly , when to hit and when not
