I believe that any woman that is happily involved in a relationship only brings up her partner's past to hear how great she is when compared to all the "losers" he was involved with in the past.
Why else would she care to know?
What is the curiosity about? And if it really is just curiosity, then why get offended or hurt or jealous if he has something good to say about a past relationship?
