Because their (direct) family encourages their behavior (by over pampering, over-praising etc) and they are not told off by them.

Pepsi is very adorable kid. I think i act my age and reason is because i am grown up and i act cute because i am one.

I think I act alright for a soon to be 29 year old (2 months away to be exact). Would you agree or disagree? provided you’ve been nice enough to notice me around. And if you think I’m not acting like one, fair enough. Everyones entitled to their own God gifted opinion. However, I would wanna try and correct myself provided I get valid reasons to do so, for purely the sake of discussion, something you perhaps were looking forward to.

I act immature at times and not at all my age at home and with good friends. I think I spend hours and hours being mature and responsible that I just want some time to experience the laid-back side of life.
