the scar from a c-section these days runs along the hair-line of the pubis and is really not noticable once its fully healed.
i do know some women who have pushed this option with their docs and have had their wish granted....these are mostly desi gals ...I think that its easier to persuade a doc over there than it is "over here" but it could just be my limited experience.
