Incorrect. Every human has an innate sense of justice and fairness. Whether this empathy arises from social conditioning, the evolutionary benefits of community, or from God, is debatable. However, this exists. And did so before Abrahamic religions.

The Roman justice system, early Indus Valley civilizations, and Greek philosophers all touched on equality and “right”, and did so outside of religion.

Nope they didn’t. They did it out the frame of abrahamic faiths but the Roman justice system was based on religion and the superiority of being roman.

Religion defined and codified morality. Just like in Hinduism it is moral to treat untouchables like trash.
