Candy, my intent is not to argue with you. But when people firmly decide that they will not budge from their negative views about a race, it’s this very sentiment that leads to discrimination and wars in the world. We tend to hear more about the bad than the good. Even when people vent about their spouses, they don’t see or remember the good in them. If someone discriminates against you for being a Muslim (as an example), it’s most likely because that person had also decided that at the end of the day…and until the end of his/her life…nothing will change their views about you and other Muslims. Replace Muslim with any other category (Nationality, ethnic group, gender, etc).
