It certainly can be discussed within the couple thing and can be resolved but It should not be made a big issue.. think about it, your hubby starts walking with you but also starts caring less about you , which one you would be more worried, or I should say annoyed with? I think eastern husbands love and care the most about their wives (no exceptional cases plz) as compared to west where they can spend years with their wife and do whatever crap they want.
I think sentiments are far more important than these tiny things… just my observations..

To me, thats one fo the signs of not being a caring person, acting as if they’re embarrassed to be seen with their wives. that to me doesnt sound like being caring or loving at all.

Like everything there should be balance between groping ur significant other vs looking like ur embarrassed to be seen with them.
