Why do Muslims join kuffar armies?

not the one u believe in.cause he declared him to be prophet, krishan, mahdi, messiah, loyal servant of british empire, teechi teechi and etc.

:shireen:

i have just posted the offical oath required to become a Pakistani.

That is the oath of allegiance for the british armed forces. I don't think it has much to do with how many gods the queen believes in.

@socrates Say whatever you want dude, you're not really offending me.

According to the oath you are supposed to not believe in any Prophet or reformer after the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). So yeah...LOL

[QUOTE]
I do not recognize any persons who claim to be a prophet in any sense of the word or any description whatsoever after Muhummad (peace be upon him) or recognize such a claimant as prophet or a religious reformer as a Muslim.

This posted by you says it all. No wonder our country is doing so bad...

that exactly was my question, how is that emotional rant of a pledge related to the topic of the thread?

Re: Why do Muslims join kuffar armies?

^which emotional rant are you talking about.I posted no rant.
i just posted Pakistan's official citizen oath in response to Britians.

wow that ugly old hag has some admirers left! I’m sorry but all that colonial theft and plunder by a monarchical dictatorship has left a bad tastes in the minds of people whose counties/forefathers have suffered.

emotional in the context of your post. You obviously got carried away in the "competition" of hey mine is better than yours.

which one bro?stop flooding

Re: Why do Muslims join kuffar armies?

guys, he just asked a simple question, if you have something reasonable to add to the topic, then write (like some did) if not simply ignore the thread... i dont get it why do so many people get soo much pissed off whenever there is a discussion about kuffer/ islam, if you think CP is doing no good opening this thread, you are also not doing no good either, posting these hateful comments about him. this leaves no difference between you and him

don't you know who can have problem with this part of oath which you posted? there are soooo many of them here on board

I see :) still no answer how was that related to the question why muslims join kafir armies? LOL

You can start a new thread and i might answer.

Re: Why do Muslims join kuffar armies?

CP: they join those armies of kuffar due to different reasons, like
- some are forced to do (compulsory military service)
- some for financial benefits
- some just for their country, they dont think about it as kuffar/islam thing. their "logical thinking" does not go beyond this worldly life.
- some are taught to be enemies of ALLAH and His religion, and they are grown up this way, they join these armies for a purpose

now whoever falls under last two categories, start ranting please...

now you getting a hang of it. stay with the topic at hand.

it was teechoo teechoo, not teechi teechi, please no spelling mistakes for someone so special…

Actually, by the time that most of India was conquered by the British, the UK wasn't a monarchial dictatorship anymore. The King had surrendered most of his powers to Parliament; India was conquered and run by an apartheid democracy that only assured rights to whites.

You forgot this reason.

-Islam asks us to be loyal to the country we live in.

and you forgot this "إنه لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالق"

Khaliq (ALLAH) ki masiyat main makhlooq ki koi attaat nahi : )

i dont know much about it, but there are many ways of "being loyal" other than serving in armed forces, because one way or the other, "army of kuffar" as thread refers to them, are going to go against islam...

i've put in my ideas, may be someone knowledgeable can comment the validity of this point...

Re: Why do Muslims join kuffar armies?

One of our family friends is a young sunni Pakistani who just joined the Canadian army, and knows he is likely to be deployed to Afghanistan to fight against the Taliban.

His wife apparently was a major influence in that. She is an Afghan Shia, who had family that were persecuted and even killed by the Taliban when they took over Mazar-i-Sharif, and wants her husband to play a role in preventing them from returning to power and repeatign their earlier performance.
