Anyone using unIslamic means to get any point across is unIslamic. Localised warfare and last resort means, start to bear on acceptable limits only if collateral damage is non-existent**. You are joking right? You do realize how many innocent people get killed by walking over those mines, mostly little kids who don’t have a clue they’re stepping over a mine.
