living in a unbelieving place is a no crime (or a lesser sin), where-as being complicit in war against muslims is a major sin. so hence the emphasis on ‘joining kuffar armies’

and also although you may not like to hear this, the basis of this view by western residing muslims is peaceful in nature because it shows the end and intermediate goals of the thinker as absolute true peace and equality

you’re missing the context of the discussion. you say being complicit in war against muslims is a major sin. so funding the war through your taxes would be being complicit yes?
