Why do Muslims join kuffar armies?

i wasnt expecting another post along the same lines but anyways, you can too refer to my new thread. I hope it ans your questions.

I only see some rulings from some clerics in that thread.
But the point in previous post was quite simple. Even though it is not “unIslamic” to live in “kuffar” countries, but why live in those countries in the first place, if one is convinced that these countries have waged crusade against Islam?
