well buddy by this logic if you go few hundred years back when the western countries were going through their dark ages. It were muslims who started working in humanities, optics, physics, chemistry etc and later kufar built up on it.
Look, the topic in hand and what you are saying are totally different issues and have nothing to do with each other. It was a very simple question so if you want to justify what you believe at least make a valid argument

This line of reasoning has been used over and over again.

1,000 years Muslims were on top and now they are on bottom. So all Christian progress is due to Muslims.

And who did Muslims get their knowledge form? The Greeks, Romans, Egyptians and Persians.

So can I then conclude that Ancient Greeks invented the Internet?

The Romans invented the Car?

The Ancient Egyptians invented the Airplane?

Or the Persians invented Electricity?

Get a grip.

Muslims had an empire but they lost it due to infighting, the Mongol invasion, etc…
