I was watching an interview of a hair stylist on ARY, the guy gave the reason that they become like that with time since their interaction is with females mostly. Doesn't mean that they're gay. Also some are just gay so they end up doing what "most" gays do.. personally I find it disgusting. Be a barber fine, but a hairstylist, wth is that?

Gay men are into fashion and interior design because of a niche market. They make women feel more comfortable and more importantly they relate with women when it comes to the girly stuff of choosing what is the best shoes to go with that dress etc.
You ask any normal guy what colour his car is, he will say red. You ask a gay guy or a woman they may use something like blood red or neon pink or whatever colors are out there. Its an issue of communication and understanding your client.
