ok all of them have ugly writing.but question is why?i really have a hard time reading it.My apologies if anyone has been offended

Not all of them ! I have a beautiful handwriting and so do many people I know 
but some do have ugly ones like they say “likhay musa, parhay khuda” but still you cant name a profession where everyone has great handwriting (except calligraphy ofcourse)

most doctors get stress related epilepsy while in medschool and as a result you have said writing

Good question.
They are one of those people who have to write a lot.
They hate writing.
They know someone will still be able to read their hand writing like nurses/secretaries or pharmacists.

Maybe because they see a ton of patients during the day.....and have you seen the names of the various medicines (Augmentin, Azythromycin, etc)? They're so long...and i can imagine it would be a pain to write them out each time. An abbreviation would be sufficient for the pharmacist...who knows/deals with the drugs.

Because when during an exam you write on a cheat sheet (booti) and you have to pass it on to someone else .. it all has to be done really really quick!

BTW my father had handwriting which only chemist could read.
But my sister had good hand writing.

Lol, mine has got worse as I go through med school. I think it is because you get into a habit of having to write quickly when note taking or filling in drug charts as there is always something else to do, and eventually your writing just becomes illegible.
Lots of consultants have mentioned it is so you can't be sued :P
