Funny when these topics come up. Go back a few years (or go to some villages in pakistan) and a women having ambition, wanting a career, not sacrificing in the traditional sense for her children (i.e. staying home and raising children) is accused of acting like a man, not wanting to accept her role in society, and usurping the role of men. She is acting "masculine".
Now examine the femininity amongst men and you will find that most often than not, what is associated with men's feminine side are all the "emotional" characteristics that are innate in humans anyway; our rational, business society does not value them, however, so they are perceived to be "feminine."

Yes they do, but it is never brought into conversation . People talk about feminine side of men only, nobody talks about the masculine side of the women.
