the answer to the original post is because its not culturally rude to stare in the sub continent. it is very rude to stare where we get our manners from - the uk!:)

If it wasn't culturally rude then ppl (guys) over there wouldnt fuss about it. It is considered rude everywhere only difference is to respect one's values. People tend to ignore that in subcontinent..

pakistanis stare not only girls but everyone stares everyone..even aunties in pak stare young gals n gals stare at other gals n kids stare at kids.i think its because pakistanis r more curious,more intelligent,more extrovert,more ppl loving n interested in human nature n human physclogy and more warm nature than cold white ppl

You know how here in America if you’re being stared at or realize some body is checking you out you simply look back at them and usually they pretend they were looking above you or around you. It’s vice versa in Pakland in my opinion cause I remember men staring as if they’ve never seen a women before. Not only is it annoying but causes people to pick fights for a reason that could’ve easily been prevented. I remember going to clifton and had to pick 2 fights within an hour cause they left me no choice.

Why!?

talk about it .. eh .. if i were a guy i would have killed half of the population for this reason .
the day i really felt disgraced was when i entered the uni and one of the professors who was around 60 .. stared at me like anything .

that day i felt Pakistani Men are worse than ***** :o
