Our idea of genius is to behave as a computer would. It stems from our stress on memory work. We (as a cultural phenomenon) 'we' tend to forget about making our children decision-makers, navigators of concepts, influencers, strategists, carers, and critical thinkers.

We absorb and regurgitate - like computers - READ - DISPLAY. The more we behave like computer processors the better it is considered.

Good B's in my books are A's in all subjects, including those which create moral fibre and build character.

Congrats to the Indian American kids for setting up great example for the immigrants.

In fact most of the Asian kids (Indians, Chinese, Koreans and non-Islamist Pakistanis) do really really well in academics.

The bottom line is, you work hard and you will get the reward.
