Why do I keep getting failure delivery notice?

So I was trying to email some client and each time I email them, I get failure delivery notice. Now this problem started this morning, until yesterday I had been emailing the same address and it worked fine. Can anyone explain what could be the reason for it and how can I fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Why do I keep getting failure delivery notice?

Most of the time your delivery failed notification tells you the reason.
Post one of them here to let me see what can be the issue.

Re: Why do I keep getting failure delivery notice?

Remote host said: 554 Denied (Mode: normal)

Is this what you are referring to?

Re: Why do I keep getting failure delivery notice?

It does not say why it was refused so if you have a way to ask them try that method.
They might have a spam/junk rule on their mail client or mail server which is causing this.

Re: Why do I keep getting failure delivery notice?

It can be a problem at your end, or at their end. Maybe your domain or IP you are sending it through has been blacklisted at their end for some reason.

Re: Why do I keep getting failure delivery notice?

also, maybe the domain you are sending it to is down. is it a usual domain (hotmail, gmail etc) or some specific one?

Re: Why do I keep getting failure delivery notice?

yes, please stop sending mail from HOTMALE.COM

Re: Why do I keep getting failure delivery notice?

Maybe this is your client’s way of telling you he/she is no longer your client.

Re: Why do I keep getting failure delivery notice?

Hmm…Perhaps. What’s intriguing me is how come this email address was working fine till last night. Thank you very much for your help though. Much obliged.

In that case I want to know why, because I don’t remember doing anything to deserve this:( and if the problem were at my end, shouldn’t I be experiencing it with everyone? But I have sent emails to several people today, and only the mails from that domain have been returned. Perhaps their server is down??

That could be the case. It’s a specific domain actually, not hotmail, gmail etc.

Hahaha…but they are the one who just contacted me and told me they would like to work with me. So that’s kind of weird.
