are you referring to the long line that forms a curve at the back and is visible wearing sari? the hollow kind of back bone? I think it forms with the healthy physique.

Yes. I swear it wasn't so visible few months ago when I was 10lbs heavier. Does it mean I'm shrinking? Is it a good sign?
