I usually get an headache but for the past two times I’ve been feeling dizzy and sick and very chilly.
What should I do to keep up the energy?

Drink water. Before, during or after.

well obviously when one cries long and hard, it does drain you out physically…umm sorry i don’t get the question

Yes I've noticed water helps alot.
Then cry but for short time, distract your mind to something good.

take a hpt. seriously.
Don’t drink stuff with caffeine in it, it will keep u awake at night thinking about the things that made you cry and u will go mad.
Have a warm drink and a lie down afterwards.

No I'm not pregnant. It's just few little things are stressing me out including house move and stuff.

Although I was giving her this advice more to keep her sugar levels up so she does not feel dizzy.
