true not ALL women are like this but unfortunately a good majority of them are.

and SWEETPIP....women are like this because of their insecurites. we cant blame men for our shortcomings.

I think it's going a bit far by saying even the majority are like this. Maybe you have had those experiences. I've only had one and I've been working with women for years.

its usually the insecure ones....who dont have things going good for them....so they take revenge by being nasty to others.

girls hate girls coz they are same as any other animal.dogs hate dogs they fight always.unless if oposite sex.boys hate boys at least i do wen i see a guy who thinks hes something i feel like kicking him.
its natural animal instinct.

This is common among guys too. Especially at work places but reasons for them would be entirely different as compared to the womens'.

Girls are jealous creatures. They can't live with seeing another girl being better or materialistically richer than themselves. Also the main insecurity they possess is to be less attractive to a man than another girl.

Girls are also extremely cunning/sly - they will probably compliment their other ladies to the face but deep down they'll be burning inside and plotting ideas on how/when to destroy their better aspects.

there is something very human beneath it - competitive spirit.

if someone is stealing work time, not working like every one else - sometimes, initially verbal complaints and "opinions", by one lady at work against another, will happen

it is the former's way of lobbying against the latter.

now, the problems is when the complaint is not well-founded on evidence.
and motives are crappy -

i also note that guys within the office, mostly stay quiet and otry to not take sides with any one.

i am not saying that they should - but their true observation and peaceful offer of a solution will help in making the office environ - at least become welcoming and easy for the target as well as indicate to the complainer, that is she is being "mean" for other reasons, she is being watched also.
same goes for guys against guys - women in the office should keep an alert eye open and in a collegiate way - every body should try their best to avoid personal attacks.

no one would like to come to an office that is poisonous.

remember - we cannot violate someone's right to earning their livelihood - if they are a bad worker - as fellow workers,
we need to advise them into understanding the fair policies and guidelines of the work environ.
