• i wanted to spend someonelse’s money
  - i met someone who i wanted to be with 24/7, who understood me and put up with all my baggage, quirks & idisyncracies
• loved and respected my parents as much, if not more than i did
• not to mention, he was hawt, hawt, hawt!!

i had already lived a very full life at the tender age of 23, seen lots of ups and downs, traveled, neared the end of my education, my mom had remarried at that point and had a new husband and new life…at the end of the day, i just wanted to be with him. you can’t really explain the feeling, but when you feel it, you know. i had no desire to be a “bride”, i wanted to be a wife. i had minimal hand in planning my wedding, my mom & sis held the reigns…all i wanted was to be able to stay out past 10 pm without having to deal with the reprecussions of breaking curfew, i wanted his face to be the first thing i saw in the morning and the last thing i saw at night

mein ne yeh jab kaha tha to saaaarrrriiii duniya mere peeche par gayi thi :halo:
