Why is the World media giving so much coverage on the Mumbai terrorism? There have been many terrorist attacks in India in Mumbai, Jaipur, Bangalore and India with many more casualties. Never has the world media picked on the story. CNN covered the story for 3 days in a row. CNN Latin, CNN International all covered for almost entire three days. Every major newspaper in the world headline was about MUMBAI on war? Is this because Westerners were targetted. Is it because Mumbai Jews were attacked? Much of the media has pointed finger at Pakistan or Pakistan based agencies. No one has blamed Pakistan govt or army but they think there is some Pakistani connection.
This is the first time westerners were mostly targeted in India. Local jihadi groups have grievence against hindu groups and govt in general, but none against westerners. This gives more credence to India when they blame Pakistanies for doing this.
It is said that some group named as Deccan mujahideen was responsible ... but it ws quite interesting to knw tht indian mujahideen have send a mail that it is neither pakistan nor any mujahideen group but it is RSS as their hands are red in all blast in india aswellas tht of samjauta express. Even i got a doubt because you see no politician from RSS or VHP or bajrangdal gave any statement on mumbai blast till now ......why so??

Could it be due to many Indians/hindus have infiltrated outside media and even Pakistani media based outside Pakistn.
Next time read the credits on many programs and contents of news, movies, shows etc.

indians for the moment are welcomed by the media. the love wont last because a wealthy india is a huge threat to the establishment.

Was watching late edition with Wolf Blitzer just now. He had CIA ex deputy director, a former assitant to President Bush on homeland security and other 2 experts.
The CIA guy said that even if we believe the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) was behind this attack, he doesn't believe that they had any direction from Pakistan govt or ISI. Pakistan's current turmoil doesn't allow them to engage in such kind of attack in India.
the homesecurity lady also shared similar opinion and further added that she doesn't think thay there were only few people who invaded Mumbai and they definitely had help from other locals for this well planned attack.
Wolf mentioned that India was provided a warning from US about a possible attack on Mumbai hotels in Septermber but still they couldn't provide sufficient security. The epxerts said that this is the problem with Indian agencies they have earlier expereicned in the past as well that they don't communicate well with each other even if they receive such warnings in advance. They all agreed it was major security lapse.
The panel also discussed the possibility of PAkistan moving their troops if India decide to move their troops on border. Obviously this move will not be in US favor if Pakistam move\ their troops away from their werstern border.
I would be wating to see if they put the video of this edition online. It was an interesting discussion which people should watch if they have missed it.

Wolf Blitzer was a editior of an Israeli newspaper. He is a Jew so has to be pro-Indian

ahem! the email claiming to be Deccan Mujahideen has been traced to come from Pakistan. Just wait - things are going to get lot more interesting between that and other evidence. Whole lot of squirming, creativity and apology will be required from those trying to claim conspiracy theories here

Apart from email did they also find "made in pakistan choclates" ? Usually Indians do find such things that eventually disappear....

The link for the email originating from Pakistan can be found in the Nov 30 online issue of the Hindu - when I try to post the link I get an error message that I must have 25 posts before I can do so. So you can simply go to Hindu website and look it up; the story number is stories/2008113060790100

What is so funny? It is a very common error to use the term 'voice recognition' where they mean 'voice input'. And there is a definite pattern to generated text as opposed which can be found in analysis...

Sure, if they can get the voice file but that is really not necessary since the Russian server has captured the Pakistani IP address from which the account was established
It was told in news that a phone ws mistakenly dropped by a terrorist frm taj while he was throwing a granade outside. fire police recovered that phone and nearly 5 calls were made to karachi before attack and continioulsy the phone was ringing from karachi number......tht is da reason why mumbai police is investigating the terrorists links with underworld!! ..........it looks quite interesting lets c wht hppns next!

C da extent of lie ......one of the hostages in taj who previously belonged to army who appeared in AAJTAK news chnnl said that he saw 17 terrorist in taj with his own eyes ... but only 4 terrorist were killed by commandos.....if its true where are the remaining ones. There was no scope of escape because of high security. In one of his initial statements he said he was locked in a bathroom so tht he cannot hear their conversation on phone....but he heard one of da terrorist saying to another one .... 'karachi se tera phone aaya ' .when he was locked in bthroom hw did he see 17 with his eyes ....gud joke!!
