They are less emotional. Women form stronger monogamous bonds because of their connection/bond with men, whereas men have more of a polygamist mindset and a philosophy of there being a lot of fish in the sea. Sometimes they don’t want to deal with a situation (because of their unease of being in conflict) so they find a way to detach and move on with ease.
