I have been thinking abt this ever since I heard abt the power sharing deal. She had enough money to enjoy rest of her life in a comfy UK mansion. So what was the reason? 1) Did she really want to serve the country? I doubt that considering how she and her husband looted the country earlier. 2) Greed and lust for power? I think that reason is more believable.

Whatever the reason is, there is no denying that the Bhutto clan has made immense sacrifices for the restoration of democracy in Pakistan. Benazir's fight against Zia (another Musharraf), was particularly commendable.
