Why did Allah(SWT) created Mankind, pls ack. if u read it in full.

Inshallah! I will try to make this short and within context so to make it easy for the readers.

Allah (SWT) says in Quran: Sura Az-Zariyat verse 56

“WA MA KHALAQ TUL JINN’A WAL INS’A ILLAH LA YA’BUDOON.”
I (ALLAH) have created the Jinn and Humankind only for my worship.

Thus, the essential purpose for which human kind was created is the worship of Allah (SWT). However, Allah (SWT) is not in need of human worship. If not a single human worshipped Allah (SWT), it would not diminish His (SWT) glory in any way, and if all mankind worshipped Him (SWT), it would not increase His (SWT) glory in any way. Allah (SWT) is perfect, He (SWT) is absolute and He (SWT) exists without any needs. Consequently, it is humankind that needs to worship Allah (SWT).

Many people know the word “WORSHIP”, let me try to explain the word “WORSHIP” for the readers, so it will make more sense in understanding our purpose of creation. The word “WORSHIP” is an English word that comes from old English “WEORTHSCIPE” meaning “HONOR”. So worship in English language is defined as “the performance of devotional acts in honor of a deity”. According to this meaning man is instructed to show gratitude to Allah (SWT) by glorifying Him (SWT).

As Allah (SWT) says in chapter An-Nasar verse 3

“FA’SSAB’H BE’HAMDE RABBA’KA”
Glorify the praises of your lord.

In glorifying Allah (SWT) man chooses to be in harmony with the rest of the creation which naturally glorifies its Creator (SWT).

However, very importantly, in the language of Quran, the Arabic, Worship is called “IBAADAH” which is derived from the Noun “ABD” which means, “SLAVE”. So all in all we are Slaves of Allah (SWT). Let us now try to understand the relationship between a slave and his master, obviously the slave (humans) does not have any say so in front of his master (Allah). A slave has to confirm to his master’s will. Now how does a slave confirm to his master’s will, very simple by “SUBMITTING TO THE WILL OF ALLAH”. Which is the meaning of the word “ISLAM”. This was the essence of the message of all prophets sent by Allah (SWT) to humankind. So by now it should become very simple that how do we do “IBAADAH”, we do it by “SUBMITTING TO THE WILL OF ALLAH” which means by following ISLAM.

When we understand this concept of “IBAADAH” then every thing that we will do will confirm to our purpose of creation. That is, when we go earn our living, eat, drink, sleep, wage Jihad, go to our wives, seek education, etc. etc. thus every thing that we do and our entire way of life (political, economic etc.) when conducted according to the teachings of Islam becomes WORSHIP of Allah (SWT). This is why we are created, and this is what will salvage our hereafter and Allah (SWT) will grant to us the eternal life in Paradise for fulfilling his purpose of our creation.

So my dear brothers and sisters in Islam lets seek the truth, the Islam and confirm to our purpose of creation.

Oh Allah (SWT) please, forgive this humble servant of yours for if this servant has made any mistakes in the above text.

mashallah,

The only reason we have been put on this planet is to please Allah (swt) by worshipping and fearing him.

We don’t think twice about missing Fajr.. ‘oh, i didn’t wake up in time’

Let me ask you, if you had a job interview at Fajr time, or you had to take your child to hospital at Fajr time.. would you wake up in time?

Inshallah, Allah will make us all better musalman.

I personally find it degrading to worship a fictional character. Or a character merely brought out in an old book.

Mankind shouldn't have to worship anyone except themselves.

Respect, and worship are entirely different things. Worship as to submit is degrading, and worshipping of anything should be never done. Respect of course, is for the sake of morality and kindness.

Arai

And besides all that what brother Musalmaan has presented, I would like to add few important duties of Muslims in this world as well, as these two concepts must go together:

A'ouzu Billah-e- Minush Shaytan ir Rajeem!
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

Kuntum khaira ummatin ukhrijat linnass-e-ta'moruna bilma'ruf-e- wa tanhauna anil munkar wa tu menoona billah

Trans: "You (Muslims) are the best nation ever raised among the mankind: (because) you
advocate righteousness (Maa'aruf) and FORBID EVIL (Munkar), and you believe in (one) GOD (ALLAH)."
(Sura: Alay-Imran; Ayat:110)

Thus, the duty of a muslim is to deliver the message of Islam (Wama Alaina Illal Balagh). According to Quran one who is looking for right path will surely enter into the fold of Islam if the message of Islam is delivered to him/her. Allah surely gives Hidayat, according to Quran, to those who are in search of it.
The non-believer who are good by heart gets the reward only in this life and nothing is for them life hereafter. This is the reason you see most of good non-believers have many naimaah of Allah.
Secondly, Allah test his Ibbaad especially muslim by both of the ways, by giving him/her wealth or by depriving from it. First case: He wants to see if s/he do Infaaq, i.e., spend it in the path of Allah or not.
Second case: He sees if His Ibaad (Creation) still remember him or not.
The exam is both way, and every one will get reward in life hereafter. This world is not the place of ultimate reward. Consider this: A man killed 100 people but he is hung only once. This is not justice.. Right??? so there should be some place else where this justice should be done.

Now for the question what will happen to those who are good but non-believers.
In surah Baqarah, we are told about "Ashaab-Sabt" (People of sabaath) who were Bani Israel (Jews) that Allah tested them. Ordered them not to catch fish on saturday, but to pray him. The fish used to come on the surface only on Saturday. Now, there were 2 groups b/w them. One who followed the command and other who did not. There were again two groups among those who followed. One were only following and one group was also telling non-followers to follow the Order of Allah, meaning they were ordering "Ma'ruf", as told in the ealier quatation under our duties. The Azab came and those also tasted it who were not forbidding others from "Munkar".

Bottom line: It is our duty to tell non-believers about Islam. Otherwise, they will never be successfull in life hereafter and we will also be held responsible for it...

Wama Alaina Illal Balagh!
