Why can't I digi-chat?

Ever since the new and improved gupshup came, I haven’t been able to access the chats from my computer at home. Why is this so? I’ve been able to do it from other places though.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me.

But I live in a third world country. Thora sa to lehaas aap log karesaktey hain ? I have windows 98.

Oh and I dont think Im the only one who has this problem!

This puts into question the value of me as a gupper on these forums.

For those of you who are facing this problem, I guess you are all using dial-up internet access. I have few suggestions for you folks:

  1. Try using a different browser like Netscape, K-Meleon 0.7, Slim Browser 3.0 or Opera 7.0 for windows
  2. Also try changing your ISP
  3. Make sure you are not behind a firewall (in this case make sure your advance properties are properly configured
  4. If all else fails then try reimaging your PC with Windows Me or 2000 but do not use upgrade option
