Why can’t Paki Politicians Solve their own Problems?

Are they so dumb to get outside help to solve their own domestic problems or they have no choice but to contact Uncle Sam through SA to solve their problems. SA is also a colony of Uncle Sam. Sometimes or all the times in present circumstances instructions come through real masters.

In present debacle NS is responsible for all this nonsense of giving 48 hours notice and later on withdrawing the same.

DAWN.COM | Pakistan | Rushing to Saudi Arabia

**Ever fond of blaming others for all that ails democracy in Pakistan, the politicians rarely seem to realise that they themselves invite ‘interference’ often enough by soliciting outside mediation for problems that should be resolved by the politicians. If Americans, the British, Saudis, sundry officials from the Gulf and other parts of the world are not prowling the corridors of power in Islamabad, our politicians pop up in foreign capitals and centres of power to ‘discuss’ local affairs. **

**Mr Musharraf’s trial for treason, rumours of a minus-one, i.e. minus-President Zardari, formula in recent weeks, ugly allegations between the MQM and PML-N about events from the early ’90s that have snowballed into a confrontation between the presidency and the PML-N — take your pick of what could be agitating the minds of Pakistan’s politicians. But what does any of that have to do with Saudi Arabia? The answer should be ‘nothing’. **

We have noted time and again that the undemocratic forces in the country are the only winners when the politicians drag each other into a spiral of acrimony and recriminations. And yet, depressingly, the politicians seem oblivious to this fact. Whatever the disagreements between the PML-N and the PPP or the PML-N and the MQM or all of them combined, they should learn to settle their differences themselves. Otherwise, what’s the point of a national leadership?

Re: Why can’t Paki Politicians Solve their own Problems?

Too many foreign powers have too much invested now in Pakistan for Pakistan to be able to handle its political affairs independently.

^^^
Wrong. Many times than Pakistan other countries have invested in India, You won't see that kind of nonsense in India. Billions of $s invested by China and USA for export of their products. They don't interfere in domestic affairs of their countries the way Pakistan is allowing that kind of nonsense. I can give many examples on this. That is not the reason you have mentioned.

By the way which countries are you talking about who have invested in Pakistan except Uncle Sam and that is also on War on Terror?

He is not talking about economic investments, rather political investments.

Simple....kyon k woh khud sab se bara problem hain

Re: Why can’t Paki Politicians Solve their own Problems?

actually two** 'A'**s don't let them do this.
Army America

Amen brother.

We can have economic/ political / strategic investment by others in our country,

And

STILL have self respect.

At least we all need to forgive other Pakistanis instead of rushing to Saudis or Indians, or Afghans.

Look at Afghans. Their leaders couldn't solve problems amongst each other, and see that every Tom, Dick, Al has come and made their whole country a red light district.

Pakistani masses and the leaders all need to have self respect as a "Pakistani" first and every thing else such as religion or ethnicity must come second.

Only then and only then we will stop rushing to others.

Heck the Big leaders like NS should have a Big heart to invite Musharraf over and solve the problems.

Musharraf did wrong to force NS to saudi.

But NS is wrong to push Musharraf to jail or exile.

two wrongs don't make it right.

For country's sake, we should learn to live with each other.

That is my point. Why SA or Uncle Sam is so much involved in Paki domestic policits? If Mush has violated the constitution, let the case be moved aganist him in SC of Chaudhry Iftekhar and let him face the music, he was playing with BB, AAz, NS, SS, Gilani, judiciary etc.
