Its not just a matter of increasing taxes as taxes alone cannot account for the substantial increase in prices. It is about creating a monopoly, stifling competition, and giving advantage and allowing a few operators to increase their profitability, in return these people have probably bribed some officials and the cost of all this will be paid by the public.

It is also true that Pakistan has been living beyond its mean for decades thanks to the expatriates who have bought their money to Pakistan whereas the bayghairat brigade have all looted Pakistan and taken their money abroad.

expatriates is not running country, they are just providing foreign currency. name a single large corporate project which was started by oversees Pakistanis, non-resident spend money on lavish houses & cars, that’s about it.
don’t even get me started.
