^please refer to former PAF chief Air Marshal Nur Khan's confessions from a few months ago. he stated that the whole of Pakistan was fed propaganda that India had started the war and that Pakistan was a victim of Indian aggression. naturally there would be propaganda, but this is a clear admission of who the instigator was.
