there are several things which are the main cause of low average life of human specially in Asia. Mostly related food, atmosphere, pulotion, lack of medical facilities and some etc.
But in my point of view all that is not very important that if these things availabe then u may maintain ur health.
I would like to give u one advise and that is much better than any doctor view that for the good health u have to walk in the morning minimum 45 minutes with bare foot on the grass.
