I’ve been looking at prices of used Toyota Tacomas and they seem to be a bit too expensive, even by used japanese resale standards.
For example a 1999 Tacoma with 275,000 km is up for CAD $6000 on Kijiji. Another 95 Tacoma with 222,000 km is up for over $10,000. Now i know these trucks are used mostly for business / commercial purposes, but do they really last that long? Is it justified to drop 10 large for a 15 year old vehicle with 200,000+ km on the clickometer?
Japanese cars last long, no doubt. My '96 accord just passed 422,000 km last week. Even then these prices seem a bit too ridiculous.
