We’re going in a completely different direction, should probably open a new thread 4 this, but all I’ll say is that it quite easy to keep my strong iman while adopting their culture. I think I mentioned in another thread that most of my family lives in the UK so we go back and forth all the time. Anyways, lahoris are becoming Londoners rather quickly (at least the ppl I know) 
Neither do you see Chinese children, being forced to wear the hijab, getting married to idiots from “back home” and (esp girls) not being allowed to attend uni cos the parents are afraid they will get raped or something. From what I’ve seen, Indian Muslims enjoy a much less restricted lifestyle than Pakistani Muslims.
