I’ve been reading a lot on GS about how people would mind if their spouse did something alone with the opposite sex.
I don’t understand why are they so insecure about it? Don’t they trust their husband/wife?

or is it because they think the woman/man will hit on said husband/wife and suddenly the husband/wife will fall in love with that person.

That’s perhaps because, most of the men are not trustworthy!? Or perhaps because most of women are just so insecure!?
