How do you know that the description of how God created man in the Koran isnt figurative speech? God wouldn’t speak to 5th century Arabs in language they couldnt even fathom. So obviously you wouldnt find descriptions of Human DNA and genetics in a book explaing the origin of man to people living in the 5th century!
There are multiple different ways to interpret the passage that you quote. Al intepretations in this case however arent equyally valid. The interpretation that you assume to be true is contradicted by science on the ground.
And because you dont understand the origins of complexity, that must mean Evolution isnt true. I cant explain the complexity of how my car works, but that doesn’t mean my car isnt real…
Frankly, the complexity of life can be explained. Its takes Millions of years of trial and error.
