Adaptation is a mechanism by which Evolution works. Its the nuts an bolts.
I dont think you have any understanding of genetics, mutations or science in general.
Mutations occur at a constant rate. With accumulation of mutations over many many generations, the genome becomes so different, as to constitute a new species. Its as inevitable as a drop of water in a bucket eventually spilling over.
Humans are still human because we were not separated for long enough as a species to constitute a new species.
Given enough time, in different environments, differentiation into a separate species is inevitable.
You seem to be in denial of some thing that is obvious and inevitable.
