I think its true, reason can be anything. its nothing to do with ones beleive.
they are successfull in this area. and to make it more obvious, some people just show off they are shia too, and get favours in the well developed group of people in this profession.
its just basically a trend. similar if one family is full doctors, more and more in the family follow them.
its not a big deal though. cause shia are in minority, so they tend to help out others and make more people to join this profession.
hence we see this as a result. but surely they are their cause they want to be there and they are successfull.
these are simple reasons why they are so strong in this feild.
