Indian Muslims are the best Muslims in the world. Period.
They are free, open-minded and most importantly secular. They love INDIA because despite being Muslims in a Hindu majority country and in generally inferior economic plight, they can still aspire to be A R Rehman, Shahrukh Khan, Mohammed Azharuddin, Abul Kalam etc. Muslim women can look up to Sania Mirza, Shabana Azmi etc.

the list of Indians you put up have about as much Islam in them put together as as Imran Khan. A Rehman makes music which is haram in Islam, Shahrukh Khan denounced himself as a muslim, and is probably one of the most well known atheists. Azharuddin has been involved in match fixing, drink and gambles.

Any muslims that are succesful in India are not down do the fact their muslim. If anything they have gone out of their way not to publicise their muslim backgrounds so that its not a barrier to their career aspirations.
