Why does a guy need 2 phones..?
Why can't they screw-on the cap of toothpaste tubes?
Why won't they take out their dirty clothes from their gym bags and wait for them to be 'discovered'?
Why do they take 20 magazines with them to the bathroom and their laptops, phones and ipad's?
Why do they say 'we need to talk' and always have bad news?
Why do they zone-out once they have a remote in their hands?
Why does their life revolve around sports and steaks and bikini season?

No offense but most of the things you listed are petty things and I think it's silly to even care about them. Why do you care if they leave the cap off their toothpaste? If a guy wants to have 2 phones and can afford it, again, why do you care? Why do you care if they take a bunch of stuff with them in the bathroom?
As for the "zoning out" in front of the TV, its probably b/c they want to relax and don't want to be bothered. Many women "zone out" when they're in the mall. Have you ever gotten a massage or a facial? Do you "zone out" during those things? Why? Probably b/c you're relaxed. Same concept with TV/guys. Heck there are times when I zone out when watching TV!
LOL....why do a lot women's lives revolve around shopping, makeup, silly reality TV shows? Why do a lot of women get excited about going to Ulta or Sephora when guys HATE those stores? Same concept with guys and sports.....that's just their "thing". As for steaks.....being a female, I LOVE steaks. And umm....the only guys I know/have known who care about bikini season are teenagers. Grown men (at least the ones I know of) could care less about "bikini season". At least here in the U.S., men don't need "bikini season" to see almost naked girls (they see it at clubs, bars, malls, TV etc).

Guys sometimes don’t speak up about problems to avoid unnecessary fights or arguments, they expect women to understand the problem and avoid conflict.
But women lack this quality and cry foul on every problem which leads to fights and arguments

Well, this question is very often asked for guls rather than guyz.. Cuz guyz are very easygoing as compared to guls who are utterly difficult to read, sometimes misleading as well...
