there is just one reason I can see behind it....
ISI has asked us to take a pulse of the people so they can see how their plans are coming along. They always have many things going on at the same time plan A, B, C, D new plans keep getting added, plans that are not working out as envisioned get put on hold etc.
just thought I would tell you the truth :)
