Daily 10 to 12 hours of loadshedding
Daily 2 to three hours of traffic jam
Daily running behind a bus filled with passenger to catch the ride
End result => More sweating more paseena… more burning of carbohyderate… => slim and trim from everywhere…

All that is so true. When I moved to US I weighed 140 pounds, which reached to 230 pounds here. I had to work hard to shed 50 pounds now I struggle to keep it at 180 or less.
